You may pay your annual membership fee through any of the following methods:

1.) Deposit in any Metrobank Branch for the account of Filstar Distributors Corporation, Account No. 3633-74576-6, then fax the validated deposit slip to (632) 634-3979 ATTN: Ms. Carmel R. Carpio

2.) Visit the Filstar Distributors Corporation office and pay directly to the cashier upon submission of the membership form.  An official receipt will then be issued for reference.  

3.) Pay directly to the Filstar merchandiser at the Greeting Cards section of National Book Store (NBS), except in the following branches: C. Raymundo, Cybermall, Robinsons Cainta and Novaliches.
